Overcoming Depression - Original Series

Psalm 42:5 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

This is a 4 Message Series that was originally prepared for a lady in my Church to share with a friend of hers that was dealing with Deep Depression. I had spoken about the struggles that I had in my earlier life and the things I had learned from the Bible that had brought me deliverance. This series was done in the later part of 2010 & 2011. In it I am sitting in my Study and just speaking in a conversational manner about some things I had learned that helped me greatly as though I were speaking to someone in counseling across from my desk. It is Very Informal.

It is the earliest effort to convey those Truths that eventually became the foundation for my Book "Depression's Solution" which is available through links on this site.
